At La Evarose, roses are not an ingredient — they are the heart of our atelier.
We grow old-world Damasks, Rugosas, and Bourbons in rural Australia, planting slowly, tending carefully, and harvesting only when the season invites us.

Every rose has a purpose.
Every planting has a year.
Every bloom has a destiny.

Madame Isaac Pereire

The Master Hydrosol Rose

Our deepest, most opulent heritage rose. Madame Isaac Pereire is the heart of our triple-distilled hydrosol program. Her dark berry, velvet-rose perfume creates an aromatic water with extraordinary depth and complexity.

Roseraie de L’Haÿ (Rugosa)

The Signature Hydrosol Rose

Roseraie produces our clearest, brightest hydrosols. Her thick Rugosa petals distill into a pure, emotional aromatic water with jammy depth and beautiful character.

Rugspin is grown for her plump, vitamin-rich hips rather than her petals. She provides nutrient-dense hydrosols and deeply restorative oils for mature and winter skin.

We harvest at dawn, distill slowly in copper, and number every bottle by hand. We follow the seasons—never rushing, never forcing, always letting the garden lead.
